Club Invites: The Interviews
For the second edition of Club Guy & Roni Invites, writer Yvon van Apeldoorn interviewed choreographer Mohamed Yusuf Boss and Lunatics and Poets about the creative process of both performances.
Apart from staging high-quality, relevant dance productions, Club Guy & Roni’s mission includes fostering talent and bringing to a wider audience dance makers with whom it feels a connection.
In Club Guy & Roni Invites, two choreographers are each asked to produce new work under the aegis of the company. We support and facilitate the production process, which results in a double bill that tours twenty venues in the Netherlands.
The first edition in 2021 featured Dunja Jocic and Kwame Asafo-Adjei, and this time the spotlight is on Mohamed Yusuf Boss, from Groningen, and Amsterdam duo Lunatics and Poets, consisting of Anna Jacobs and Hanna van der Meer.
